You can request deletion of your ONELVLUP account and cloud data associated with your Google sign-in. This page explains how.
How to request account deletion
- Send an email to onelvlup.support@gmail.com from the same Google email address you use to sign in to ONELVLUP.
- Use subject line: ONELVLUP account deletion request.
- In the message, confirm you want your account and cloud backup deleted. No other verification is required if the email matches your sign-in address.
- We will process your request within 30 days and reply when complete.
What is deleted
When we delete your account, we remove from our servers (Firebase / Google Cloud):
- Your user profile (email, display name, XP, level, Premium flags)
- Cloud backup of habits, completions, todos, flashcard decks, cards, and notes
- Subscription verification metadata linked to your account
What is not stored in the cloud (device only)
These were never uploaded and are removed only if you clear the app on your phone:
- Reminders, alarms, and notification schedules
- Water intake logs
- Local app settings and cached data
To remove local data without contacting us: Android Settings → Apps → ONELVLUP → Storage → Clear data (or uninstall the app).
What may be kept
- Minimal server logs (security, abuse prevention) for a short period where required by law or legitimate business need — not used for marketing.
- Google Play billing records are held by Google, not ONELVLUP. Cancel subscriptions in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions if needed.
Delete some data without deleting your account
You can delete individual content inside the app at any time:
- Delete habits, todos, notes, flashcard decks, and reminders in the app UI
- Export a backup first from Settings → Export my data if you want a copy
- Sign out to end your session on the device; Premium users get a final cloud sync on sign-out
To remove only cloud backup but keep using the app locally, email us and ask to delete cloud data only (same address as above).
